SINAMICS S200
SINAMICS S200 is Siemens’ third-generation single-axis servo drive system designed for standard motion-control applications. It consists of the S200 servo drive, SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servo motor, and Motion Connect cables, and is fully integrated into the TIA automation environment.
Its power range covers 0.1–7 kW, with 200 V and 400 V versions, and supports pulse-train and PROFINET IRT communication. The system features a fast current controller, up to 350% overload capability, and up to 21-bit absolute encoders for high precision. With an integrated braking resistor, brake control, compact design, and Startdrive commissioning, it is widely used in battery, electronics, solar, and packaging machinery.
